* The photography session is to be held at a time and location agreed to by the photographer and is non-refundable but can be rescheduled due to weather or illness.

* The photography session is to be held within 15 miles of Plano, TX 75075 unless stated on the gift voucher.

* Gift vouchers arenot-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

* Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and shoot must be booked within this time.

* Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

*Voucher is for 1 photographic session only

* The gift voucher is for the recipient and their immediate family only.
